Gender: gender

Values: Masc Fem

Gender is a inherent feature of nouns and some pronouns and an inflectional feature of adjectives, other pronouns and some forms of verbs (participles and third person of past tense) that mark agreement with nouns. There are two values of gender: masculine and feminine.

Masc: masculine gender

Nouns denoting male persons are masculine. Other nouns may be also grammatically masculine, without any relation to sex.

Nouns denoting female persons are feminine. Other nouns may be also grammatically feminine, without any relation to sex.
